Champion Brands Office Expansion

The commercial electrical department of American Electrical Contracting is proud to have contributed to the success of the Champion Brands Office Expansion project in . The project covered 39,314 square feet.
The Champion Brands project was an entirely LED lighting package. This meant many interesting installation options were available, including tape lights, round fixtures, lights made from beer kegs, underlighting, cylinder lighting and more. Our team of commercial electricians installed an array of fixtures including an illuminated blade light in the lobby.
Project manager Carey Frick says a unique challenge on the Champion Brands project was the 200-amp solar electric paneling on the rooftop and the generator for key technology backup.
This was a tilt-panel project, which means the concrete walls were poured on-site and tipped up into place.
The project also features a 1000 sq. ft. gym and nearly 2,000 sq. ft. training room that houses 150 seats and a built-in taproom.
Through this project, our team helped Champion Brands capture their vision and dream through the “beer lifestyle” through features like a taproom and several specialty cases and displays for their products.
